ShaamCX services are provided under signed contractual agreements defining service scope, performance level, and responsibilities. Using the website alone creates no contractual relationship.

The intro call with the voice assistant is for introducing the service. It is not a commercial commitment by either party and does not exceed five minutes.

Final agreements are subject to legal review according to the client's country and nature of business.
